| All outgoing shipments will incur a shipping charge. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service, so your package is guaranteed delivery and insured. We ship only to addresses in the United States.
Returns may be made within 30 days after delivery for items which are new, in the original packaging, and are sellable. You must return them at your expense. No returns will be accepted on engraved items unless the error is ours. If an item is returned due to our error, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges if you put a receipt in the package for the shipping charges. |
